Incrementum Counseling offers a website through which you can learn about our supervised, evidence-based therapy services (including CBT, MI, and SFBT) and submit a request to be matched with and scheduled for a consultation with a licensed clinician.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and submitting a consultation request, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Charges per session can vary based on client needs, therapist match, and other factors. A standard fee is decided beforehand.

Charges can be processed using Bank fund transfer or JazzCash. Account details will be provided on consultation confirmation.

1. Each session will cost a standard fee, decided beforehand, that must be paid at least 2–3 hours before the session to confirm the slot.
2. Each session will be 50 minutes to 1 hour long.
3. In case of uninformed absence from your session after fee payment and slot confirmation, 50% of the session fee will be refundable and 50% will not be returned. In case of informed absence, 100% of the session fee will be refunded.
4. A standard waiting time of 15–20 minutes will be applicable from the start of the session slot. In case of non-availability and non-response, it will be considered an uninformed absence and the respective fee clause above will apply.
5. This is a supervised practice to ensure all ethical standards are fulfilled.

Informed consent is required for this service. The information provided here encompasses a basic overview of the service. Your personal details will be kept confidential and private and are only required for record purposes. No information shared in the consultation will be disclosed per practitioner-client confidentiality unless otherwise permitted by you or in cases where harm is expected to you, by you, or from others. An emergency contact will be required for crisis situations, if any such arise.
