We integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and other evidence-based modalities as required for each client.
A standard session fee has to be paid 1 day before the session to confirm your slot.
Each standard session is 50 minutes to 1 hour long, with a waiting time of 15–20 minutes from the scheduled start time.
Uninformed absence or no-show after fee payment and slot confirmation is not refundable. Untimely cancellation after session confirmation and payment is 50% refundable. For informed absence, 100% of the session fee is refunded. See our Client Guidelines page for full details.
All information shared in the intake form and in sessions is kept confidential and private. Details are only disclosed with your permission or when harm to you, by you, or from others is anticipated.
